Customized Online Home Search  Provide us with the details of your dream home and we'll set up a personalized web page where you can view homes matching your criteria.  You'll be alerted via email as new listings are posted to your web page.  You can save or reject listings and communicate directly with us from this site.  
 
Professional Home Search As an e-PRO, Doug fully employs web-based strategies to find homes for you.  But we also use good old-fashioned networking and field experience.  We'll market your needs through phone calls, emails and visits with other agents.  Sometimes the best listings don't ever make it to the market.  When appropriate, we'll preview homes for you to save you time. 
 
Home Tours  Once you've selected homes you'd like to see, we'll schedule and conduct personalized home tours providing detailed background on each listing.  We'll offer our expert input regarding condition, location, amenities, price range, etc., so you can make a well-informed decision. 
 
Buyer's Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) When you've found a great property and you're ready to make an offer, we'll conduct an in-depth CMA.  This report contains current, relevant home sales data to provide you with all of the information necessary to make an intelligent offer-price decision.
 
Expert Contract Negotiation The details of a successful contract negotiation involve more than just price. Timing, inspections and possible repairs and other contract details require skilled negotiation. Our combined 50 years of experience in sales, marketing and law ensure you've got strong representation on your side of the negotiation table. 
 
Transaction Monitoring Our job is not finished until your closing. After your offer is accepted, we'll work for you behind the scenes in order to provide as smooth a transaction as possible.  We'll stay in contact with your lender and closing agent regarding your appraisal, loan underwriting, title work and closing preparation.  You'll be provided a personalized, password protetected website to see what we're doing on your behalf.
