The Dayton area is home for Doug and Nancy (Duvall) Wagner. After growing up in Kettering and graduating together from Fairmont East High School, Doug received his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University and Nancy earned an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Law Degree from the University of Dayton.
Prior to becoming real estate consultants, the Wagners assembled a rich tapestry of work experiences. Doug excelled as a customer service professional in broadcast media serving as an account executive, operations manager, general sales manager and national sales manager. His specialization was in the development of customized strategic marketing campaigns for retail and service companies. In addition to practical sales and marketing experience, he has received extensive and continuing sales training from some of the best trainers in the country along with advanced education in Win-Win negotiation.
Nancy's impressive professional resume includes five years in the practice of law, a stint as a marketing manager for a local ad agency, fundraising for a regional philharmonic and 16 years in corporate America. Her corporate skills have been honed through work in the areas of license negotiation, customer relationship management, market research, public relations, segment management and strategic market planning.
